This Privacy Policy explains how Timi AI ("Timi AI", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses,
and protects your information when you use https://www.timi.ai and our related products,
including the Timi Saver browser extension (collectively, the "Service").
Timi AI is a free AI image prompt gallery and AI image generator: you can browse thousands of
curated prompts, copy or customize them, and generate images with the latest AI models.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
- Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We
do not receive or store your Google password.
- Content you submit — prompts you write or edit, reference images you upload, and images you generate.
- Usage data — pages viewed, prompts opened, features used, approximate device/browser type,
and similar analytics, used to improve the Service.
- Cookies & local storage — to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not collect sensitive personal information.
- The browser extension only processes images you explicitly choose to save; it does not track or
read the pages you browse.
- To provide and operate the Service (gallery browsing, prompt copying, image generation).
- To create and manage your account and credits.
- To process AI requests (your prompt and any reference images are sent to our AI providers to generate results).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To analyze and improve features and performance.
We do not use your private generations to train AI models without your consent.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
- Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (object storage).
- Account data and generation records are stored in our database (PostgreSQL, hosted on Supabase / AWS, United States).
- All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with infrastructure and AI processors strictly to deliver the Service, including:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth).
- Cloudflare — image storage and content delivery.
- Supabase / Amazon Web Services — database and hosting.
- AI model providers (e.g. the providers powering GPT Image, Nano Banana and similar models) — receive your prompt and reference images to generate results.
- Analytics (e.g. Microsoft Clarity, Plausible) — anonymized usage analytics.
These providers act as data processors and may not use your data for their own purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct or update your information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@timi.ai. We respond within a reasonable time.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently
delete your associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do
not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us
and we will delete it.
8. International Users
Your data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our providers operate, which
may have different data-protection laws than your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest
revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
