Refund Policy

1. Free to Use

Timi AI is currently 100% free to use, with unlimited access. Browsing the prompt gallery, copying and customizing prompts, image-to-prompt, and AI image generation are all available at no charge and require no payment.

Because we do not currently charge for the Service, there are no payments and therefore no refunds at this time.

2. Future Paid Plans

If we introduce paid plans, credits, or subscriptions in the future, this Refund Policy will be updated to describe how refunds are handled for those purchases. Any paid offering will clearly state its price and terms before you pay.

When paid plans launch, our general approach will be:

• Digital nature — credits and AI generations are digital goods delivered instantly; once credits have been consumed to generate content, the consumed portion is generally non-refundable.
• Billing issues — if you are charged in error, charged twice, or experience a verified technical failure that prevented delivery of what you paid for, you may request a refund.
• How to request — refund requests for eligible cases can be sent to support@timi.ai within 7 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction details.

These future terms are provided for transparency and do not apply while the Service is free.

3. Subscriptions (if introduced)

If subscriptions are offered in the future, you will be able to cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by applicable law.
