Welcome to Timi AI ("Timi AI", "we", "our", or "the Service"), available at https://www.timi.ai and via the Timi Saver browser extension. Timi AI is a free AI image prompt gallery and AI image generator that lets you browse curated prompts, customize them, and generate images with AI models.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Timi AI provides:

• A gallery of curated AI image prompts you can browse, copy, and customize.
• An AI image generator (text-to-image and image-to-image with reference images).
• Image-to-prompt and prompt rewriting tools.
• A browser extension to save image ideas and generate from them.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@timi.ai of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates others' rights.
• Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate others, or infringe trademarks or copyrights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and Ownership

• Your inputs — you retain ownership of prompts you write and reference images you lawfully upload.
• Your outputs — subject to these Terms and applicable law, images you generate are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.
• Gallery prompts — prompts in the gallery are aggregated from public sources for inspiration and educational use. Trademarks and brands shown belong to their respective owners; Timi AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
• Our property — the Timi AI name, logo, software, and design are owned by us.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works. You are solely responsible for reviewing and how you use generated content. Do not rely on it for professional, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

7. Free Use, Credits & Payment

The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or credits for certain AI features in the future; any paid terms and our Refund Policy will apply at that time. See our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, AI model providers). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
